June 2, 2018 a great day for golf. The CCGA held their annual String and Throw Tournament for 2018 and it was a day of fun and extra jubilation for one player. Weather was warm and all the players enjoyed their day on the course. Lunch was provided as it is in all of our tournaments. Below we showcase a very happy Tom Baird after sinking an Ace on # 5 hole. Tom Baird had more fun than anyone at the recently concluded String and Throw Tournament at Churn Creek Golf Course, pictured here is Tom holding up the ball he hit on #5 hole for an Ace!! Needless to say Tom won the closest to the pin money on #5.
