CCGA "Toys For Kids" Charity Tournament

We had 31 players that braved the cold wet conditions in this years event.

1st Low Net pair  Jim Dickerson and Dave Cantwell (72)

2nd Low Net pair - Eric Bullert and Dave Cantwell (72)

(Dave was odd player drawn to even all pairs) under no double dip rule his winnings was donated to charity.

3rd Low Net pair Dan Neece and Kenneth Gunter (76)

4th Low Net pair - Benny Lentz and Ryan Main (77)

5th Low Net pair - Ron Rowton and Keith Price (79)

6th Low Net pair - Debbie Lockwood and Larry Andrews (79)

7th Low Net pair - Rick Faller and Ron Howell (79)

 Individual Low Gross score of the day - Kenneth Gunter (40)

It was a tremendous event that achieved a room full of toys and food for needy family's.
We raised $106.00 from 50/50 tickets that went to charity. Many winners from the above turned in their winnings to go to charity that raised the money total just short of $300.00, We provided lunch for all those in attendance of Hot Dogs and Cheese burgers along with many other goodies that many of those that attended provided. On a personal note I hogged the Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce that the Lentz family donated. Best ever!

Special Thanks

We want to thank Ralph and Linda White for cooking and clean up responsibilities. Keith Cunnington for  volunteering to help with looking up the handicaps. Debbie Lockwood for her help in score recording and picture taking. Benny Lentz and especially Lee Lamp and Kenneth Gunter for stepping up to help out our undermanned  tournament score keeping committee.
